¡Salud!

How do you say....."estornudar" in English? The verb is "To sneeze"

Example "She is sneezing because she has a cold"

A legend holds that it was believed that the heart stops beating and the phrase "bless you" is meant to ensure the return of life.

LYRICS
A poetic genius is something I don’t see
why would a genius be trippin on me
And he's looking at me now
But what he can’t see
Is that I’m looking through his eyes
So many lies behind his eyes
And tell me stories from your past
Sing me songs you wrote before
I tell you this my poison prince
You'll soon be knockin’ on heaven’s door

Some kinda poison prince with your eyes in a daze
Some kinda poison prince your life is like a maze
And what we all want, and what we all crave
is an upbeat song so we can dance..
The night away

Oh who said life was easy
who said life was fair
who said nobody gives a damn and nobody even cares
The way you’re acting now like you left that all behind
You've given up, you've given in
Another sucker of that slime

Some kinda poison prince with your eyes in a daze
Some kinda poison prince your life is like a maze
And what we all want, and what we all crave
is an upbeat song so we can dance..
The night away

My head (mi cabeza)

My knees (mis rodillas)

My elbow (mi codo)

My eyes (mis ojos)

Examples:

MY knees are sore because I fell down the stairs.

She's going to have HER eyes tested this afternoon.

Lavarse....

Hello friends!

How do you say lavarse los dientes? To clean your teeth or to brush your teeth.

How do you say lavarse las manos? To wash your hands.

Examples:

Do you normally clean your teeth after having lunch?

You should wash your hands before eating.
Deberías lavarte las manos antes de comer.

¿Podríamos decir "to clean your hands"?

                  CAE (Advanced) Nivel C1

                  CFE (First) Nivel B2

                  PET (Preliminary) Nivel B1

Brunch and Drunch

Some information about this wonderful film: (wikipedia)

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is a 2004 American romantic fantasy film about an estranged couple who have each other erased from their memories, scripted by Charlie Kaufman and directed by Michel Gondry. The film uses elements of science fiction, psychological thriller, and nonlinear narration to explore the nature of memory and romantic love.
Kaufman and Gondry worked on the story with Pierre Bismuth, a French performance artist. The film stars an ensemble cast starring Jim Carrey, Kate Winslet, Kirsten Dunst, Mark Ruffalo, Tom Wilkinson, Elijah Wood, Jane Adams, and David Cross.
The title is taken from the poem Eloisa to Abelard by Alexander Pope, the story of a tragic love affair, where forgetfulness became the heroine's only comfort:

How happy is the blameless vestal's lot!
The world forgetting, by the world forgot.
Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind!
Each pray'r accepted, and each wish resign'd;

The film was a critical and commercial success, developing a strong cult following and receiving a myriad of accolades, winning the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay. The film was lauded by critics as one of the best and most thought-provoking films of 2004.
